np 203 lost H L and H LOC

Bought truck with no driveshaft, know that I have one I installed yesterday. Prior to install I was using H LOC of course. After install I left in H LOC and drove around in the snow with no problems, front and rear was locked in. I put the transfer into H but got no response. Did not attempt to move as if transfer was in N. Then tried to shift transfer into any other mode and got no response, got under and moved linkages with my hand and ended up in L LOC. Now L LOC is the only mode I get. Linkage adjustment? You tell me!

Yep that's what it sounds like to me. At first it sounded like nothing was working which would point to the t-case diff being busted or snapped mainshaft but if you have lo lock it is more than likely maladjusted linkage.
