Just wanted to confirm that the aluminum wheels from a newer Silverado 2500/3500 would fit a 2wd square body, 8-lug of course.

I know they fit a 4x4, but not positive on a 2wd. What do the experts say?

The offset is a little different I think. Not much but it might be enough to screw up the look a little. Something to check for anyway.

Nice to hear from you Wrecker. Hang out a bit more often !!!!

I have seen it done bucket. Yes the offset is a tad differant but it does work, and it does look good too. My wrecked 85 that I bought to fix the burnt 84, I seen it around town all the time and it had like the 2002 8 lug aluminum wheels on it. The guy sold those to someone else with a Square before the OEM wheels back on it to scrap, then I bought the truck before it got scrapped. I've seen it in person.
