Hello all. Thank you for help in advance.
I put in new clutch flywheel bearing plate everything. Took it out for first time today. I noticed that clutch does indeed work but travel is nothing. My clutch travels to floor as normal but to start, I only have to release clutch like 3 inches before it engages. The old clutch was almost half pedal release. Was old pedal correct or new version? Could I have bled the slave too much? (I know, dumb question but I have to ask)
Thank you again for your help.

I'd say that's the difference between a fresh clutch, and a worn out one.

Its definitely because the old one was wore out. About 3-4 inches of freetravel in the pedal is about where the adjustment should be.
