yup. already got a nut ordered to try to fix it. atleast for now.

the more i read about it im thinking there will be a TKO600 in my future. if not that then maybe muncie but not sure if that will be strong enough.

for now just get it drivable and fix some quirks. like the speedo not working (nv4500 has electric speed sensor) and the heater isnt working.

heater started with just blowing cold air. after looking it over i think the hoses are not hooked up properly. but also i pulled out the crapily installed radio and after doing that the heater doesnt even blow air now lol. so gonna have to fix that.

then on to suspension and engine mods.

The TKO 500 would be strong enough.

If you're interested in any type of spirited, sport driving, I'd definitely get rid of the NV 4500, it's a dump truck trans lol.

lol yea this trans is probably not gonna cut it for what i want to do with the truck.

only concern i have with TKO 500 is its recommended rating is right on the limit of where i want to have the truck. around 500hp-ish. so i figured to be on the safe side go the next step up. plus both trans seem to be same price so shouldnt be a big deal.(other than the price is steep as hell)
