Jute padding under floor mat

Did jute padding come stock under the rubber floor covering of a 1985 chevy custom deluxe c10 ?

Going off of what's in my '84 d30, no. Nothing under the rubber mat.

Ok my 87 did not have it si will remove it from my 85 too as it is always soggy and I don't want my floor boards to rust .
