its been a year and a half since i took out my 700r4, and replaced it with a th350. witch lost reverse about a month later, other than no reverse, its been a good tranny, no leaks, good firm shift. just goota be carefull were you park. i do miss overdrive, and lower 1st gear. so next week im gonna order a high end rebuild kit, and build the heck out of my old 700r4, and get it in before cold weather. i'll keep you posted.
