'Fraid not. He had a '63 Tempest. It had the independent rear suspension and a transaxle. Really sweet. I really enjoyed that movie.
My '64 may have had the Powerglide tranny tho instead of a TH200. My memory is foggy on that (amongst other things). No worries on the hi-jack.
The murderer had a Tempest the karate kid guy had a Buick Skylark

Yes sorry, it’s a TH350. This post really got into the weeds. Cousin vinny and al gore lol
It happens. Lol my build thread has over 1000 posts and if you remove the flapping that might leave 200 posts of my build lol.

That's a TH200-4R I believe. My GN had the 200-4R. That was actually a pretty good tranny.
Shape is similar, but the bolt count is wrong for the 200
The GN versions might have been ok, but they weren't worth a damn in the non-perf cars.

Correct I was only referencing @Honky Kong jr comment on them being in Monte's etc. IIRC the TH2004R had a different valve body and some other things than the regular TH200.
