Fun night tonight. My diverter and blend control for the heat/ac was not working. 85 K10. I tore down all the ductwork, found that none of it was connected properly and there were no obstructions. I received this truck in august and it had a cab swap and motor swap at some point from someone else. So far I've found lots of issues but this one made me laugh. After playing around and tracing vacuum lines for heater controls I finally figured out the heater control vacuum line was connected to the windshield wiper squirters?? rerouted and found the original ports and boom works as it should. Just goes to show with some extra time and effort maybe ordering parts is not the solution.
