Hard shift 1-2 4l60e with recent build.

I just had my 4l60e built a month ago and it shifts pretty damn hard from 1-2. It has a shift kit and Corvette servo to help with towing but I don't know if it's shifting too hard or if it's normal.

Anyone have a similar experience?

Corvette Servo and shift kit= hard shifts, a Transgo -2 shift kit I assume???..

Not sure which kit it is. I posted all the info I know.

Is it Normal to shift hard from 1-2 then just bump for the rest of the gears?

Yes it can be, all depends what all was done to it, best bet would be to talk to the one that built it he would be the one that knows..
