I had a problem with mine not working and it turned out to be a grounding issue. My dash harness was making good contact with the printed circuit on back but the grounding was not good. I just tapped into the ground wire with a pigtail wire and found a new ground and it worked.

Yep, 90% of the time when these guages fail it's a grounding issue and usually doesn't cost a dime to fix. It's a matter of chasing down the grounds off the top of the fuel tank at the sending unit and rough up the metal and connector while cleaning with some sandpaper and that'll usually solve the problem.

Ahhh, you're way up there in the pan handle where all the fires were recently. Hope you guys are recovering well and you didn't sustain any damage.

You're a bit far for me to swing by and take a look though. But do check your grounds at the fuel tanks. They probably need removed, cleaned with a little sandpaper and re attached then you should be good to go.

Be sure to let us know how it turns out and it that fixes the problem or not. We'll be here when you need more help.
