I thought the 5.7 wasn't available in the 1/2 ton trucks beginning in '85 or '86, only the 5.0. You had to get into the 3/4 ton trucks before the 5.7 was an option.

Hah hah hah- old boy has gold in them panels !

They do look nice, though.

Hilarious!

And at only $99 shipping too! WOW! What a bargain! (But only if he throws in the truck they came from).

Too bad you can get a brand new set from USA1 for $650, and iirc, the shipping was free.

I'll give the guy the fact that original GM panels are hard to find in excellent shape. But that price is nuts. It's been a while now, but I bought an extremely minty set of those same panels from a local guy for 60 bucks.

I really like that. I love all the pictures too, as I haven't seen a '73 Burb in so long and they just answered a bunch of questions for me.

Although, I wonder what's hiding under all that fresh paint and veneer. There's many signs that grandpa used the truck as Chevy intended. Also for that kind of money, it should have trim that's properly attached and exhaust that's not falling down.

I'd hate to try to find a set of those doors. Or are they more common than I think?
