Folding Rear Seat on 1984 K5 Blazer

I can not fold the back seat on my 1984 K5 Silverado. Tried pulling, pushing, lifting, etc. on the release handle but no result. Any hints? The folding mechanism shows not signs of modification or distress.

Silly question, are you collapsing the back first? You fold the seat down with the lever on the passenger side first, then you pull the lever on the floor. Not trying to be a smart a-- or anything, just remember the first K5 I had.

Thank you! I had no idea there was/is a lever on the passenger side. The seats folds just fine when you do things properly.

Sweet! I just remembered my first k5 and trying to figure out the dang seat as a 16 year old..... the real adventure is when decide to take the top off. Good luck!
