Ok, I've searched the internet and found nothing so here goes: I disassembled and sand blasted my door hinges and one of the little wavy washers for the spring rollers fell out. These are staked in. Does anybody know if there is a kit or fix for these rollers? These are the two rollers on the upper hinge that the spring rides against to hold the door open. I attached a pic. Thanks.

I haven't seen any repair kits for those ones, but that's not to say they aren't available.

Do you still have the pieces or did they come up missing? If you still have them, I'd just put it back together. Stake the hole for a tighter fit, press the roller assembly back in, then put a little tack weld on it where the stud passes through the other side of the hinge.

I just went through this on my hinges, both sides were in terrible shape.
It seems none of the individual hinge parts are available, but complete new hinges are…

The little wave washer came out in two pieces. I don't see why the wavy washer has to be there, I'll just press and tack and call it good, thanks.

Thanks for the reply. I thought about just buying new ones, but I don't trust the quality, especially since the factory ones aren't that great themselves.
