Along with the dw, the caster being off (also probably the toe) will cause the tires to wear badly until you get the settings corrected. C4 probably has an illustration for the toe as well.

LOL no, I dont have one, got the others from a quick google image search. For toe-in I just use a tape measure and get the front measurement of the front tire (measuring at the bulge of the tire) as close to 1/8" smaller measurement than the back of the front tire.

I hope I'm not going sound dumb here, but is there a chance the stablizer shock got damaged in the swap? I have a terible time with dw in my K30's and all it takes to fix them when they start it is a new stabilizer shock. I usaully replace them once a year because they go bad and start leaking out the end. Most of my K30's are on stock springs tho

With a good alignment you shouldn't even need a steering stabilizer aka "shimmy shock" which the name implies it masks front end shake instead of actually fixing anything. Your K30 should have a Dana 60 front axle so you may want to look into kingpin bushings & springs, lower kingpin bearings, and if none of that helps check into a good alignment shop that can do computer alignments. It may need a couple degrees of shim under the springs to correct caster, which is what finally cured my death wobble.
