Dash lights are not working properly. Cant see anything at night at all. just 2 little dim lights up at the top of the speedo gauge. Do i need one of those laminated wiring boards on the back or? maybe new bulbs? im thinking green.

Have you tried turning the dimmer on the light switch?

If it were me, I'd pull the cluster, clean contacts, and replace bulbs. Before you install it all the way, see if that makes it work correctly. I do the little Silverstar dash light bulbs. Those really light up the square body cluster, and unlike LEDs not being able to dim with the rheostat style dimmer switch, those do so everything works as it should.

What he said. While you have the metal face plate off, paint the back of it gloss white, that will help reflect more light around to the gauges.
