When I purchased the truck, the clock and the horn didnt work. Playing around the other day, I noticed the fuse was missing. I plugged the fuse in and the clock started working. And then the horn was going off usually when turning the wheel.

a. what is usually the failure? Horn shorted or the horn-cam thingie needs replaced? or what?

b. the clock is loud. Im not looking to replace, but is there any fear of the clock running down the battery?
