They look like the designer copied the GP Special Edition wheels almost to a T. I'm no help otherwise.

They look like these american racing wheels to me.
Pic is a screenshot from a Tire rack search for my '84, so they fit our trucks.

Good looking wheel, could use a little bigger tire though.
