Heck yeah! That thing is sick. There's a guy on the 67 to 72 site that fixed one up but it was just 2 wheel farm truck with a box. I want one! I don't even thin 4g is bad for it

Anyone know if the 8.2 detroit diesel is a 2 or 4 stroke engine? If it's a 2 stroke, that thing will scream.

Thinking about this as a parts rig. '91 3/4 ton, but he says it's got a 700R4 and not a 4L80e. I always assumed that all '91 3/4 ton autos were the 4L80e, but maybe I'm wrong? I probably wouldn't be interested if it's a 700 - a major reason for purchase would be to have an extra tranny for mine. That and some of the doors and hood that look like they may be straighter than mine. Hoping to go look at it tomorrow or Saturday.
I know there were some differences between 2wd and 4wd 4L80e. Looks like going to 4wd is pretty easy? Some sites I was looking at made it sound like you just have to cut off a little from the output shaft as the 2wd ones were slightly longer.
