My guess with that one is a special attachment to that particular truck, but wanted a lifted truck.

Really? Its a great lookin truck. He probably wanted a lifted truck and made do with what he's got. There's definitely no shortage of newer 2wd trucks that are lifted sky high.
Odd and unique? Sure. Poser? I think not.

I agree, there are plenty of 4X4 trucks that look good but never hit the dirt and never need to be put into 4X4. When the question of lifting a two wheel truck comes around the answer is not easy. I would like to know more about how this was fabbed up.
