Anyone ever have your power steering belt jump onto the crank pulley? And just keep working that way?

I was crawling around under the truck and I noticed that one of the power steering pump belts was on the wrong pulley. Somehow it has worked it's way onto the crank pulley. Is this indicative of a problem? And can the power steering pump work ok with just 1 belt?

Thanks!

Most likely it is a misalignment issue. I used to have a recurring issue with that. When the PO installed the Headers the attachment point on the Exhaust Manifold for the Power Steering Pump no longer existed causing a misalignment between the pulleys. I bought an aftermarket Pump Mount that resolved the issue.
