I am working on a 1984 c10, I just replaced the wiper switch in the column and want to know if I can add intermittent wipers. Right now the wipers seem to run slow in both low and hi speed but they do change speed when switched, without the delay module installed.

This is the way the wires come out of the switch ,

I found a delay module from an 1985 , can I make this work? or do I need the motor from a 1985? It looks like the module would fit but, I have read the harness needs to be repined at both ends? from another post I read.

It only needs repinned when swapping newer stuff into older stuff.

I'm not so familiar with the column switches, but they should be different between delay and non-delay. If you installed a delay switch, all you would need is to plug in the module (between the switch and dash pigtails).
