Just to follow up, after a week of driving to work in my C10 and a weekend of Food Lion runs on my K10 I believe my fuel problem is behind me. Ill keep an eye on both over the next couple weeks then replace the see thru filters with all metal units.

I normally do because they give absolutely no warning at all when they go. They work or they don't. Normally, they don't go out while driving down the road. The vehicle simply won't start next time you go out to drive it. And you may or may not have spark when they go. But they can go out while driving too, it's just rare.
I had a module go in an 86 pontiac 6000 flyin down the hiway at 90mph... car just quit and wouldnt restart.
