I'm thinking of taking a look at this roller. Has Trans and Transfer Case. Engine been pulled but can go with it. Has tossed a rod.

Not sure I can swing this. It's not 3/4 ton and doesn't have tailgate but I do have 3/4 ton axles that were to be used on the K10/K20 project I can use.

So where is @RetroC10Sport ??? I can look up all these codes one at a time, but I think you have a way to post the list with descriptions Don't you?

This is the directory I use. None of them seem too perfect, but this one's extremely comprehensive. You can plug the codes into the binoculars at the top of the page and kill that sticker in a few minutes.

I'm aware of those lists. I have a few too. But I like how @RetroC10Sport put the list out there with just the options it has and a description next to them. So much easier to look over.

Yep, they should be 30 spline and they are 3.73's. If I get this thing though, since I've already sold the rear axle and installed a 14 bolt, and have a 3.08 front axles in the K10/K20. So be able to sell the K10 as a roller, I'd probably have to swap these 10 bolts into the K10 to be able to keep my 3/4 ton axles. If I can swing this, it's only if I'm able to sell the K10. This Burb just needs an engine put in it. I'd probably just put an engine in it, get it running and registered and drive it for awhile until I'm able to swap in all the power train, and lift and 3/4 ton rear springs I'd want in it. What would be real cool, is if I could sell the 84 C20 as a roller and get to keep the 454 that's in real good shape and put that in the Burb, sell the 84 C20 roller, my 3/4 ton C20 frame, and that 85 C20 rust free cab. If I got the right money out of all of that, then I could keep the K10/20 too. I'm almost afraid to post pics of it and someone go search it out and snag it up before I got **** right to get it myself.

You mean on the wheels? I much doubt it. Those codes were taken from a generic list so they are subject to mean different **** from different years and different body styles. In this case, probably just mean cast aluminum wheels.

Oh I thought they were specific to that vehicle.

The codes are specific to vehicles, but I'm using a generic GM list not just a 89 Chevrolet Truck Codes list so there are very minor variances in the descriptions. Like most of think G80 is always a Gov-Lok aka Gov Bomb. Not true. @89Suburban had a G80 code on his Burb and it was an Auburn unit IIRC.

I wish I could make this work but unless I'm able to sell some of my parts first, I just can't risk it. I wish someone needed a rust free cab or rust free C20 frame. If had 1/2 ton axles to put back in my K10, I'd sell that to get this Burb. It's not exactly what I want, but it's closer to what I want than my K10/20 so I'd be willing to give up that project to have this one and put all that labor into something I'd rather have instead of into the K10/20. Ideally, I'd prefer to sell my C20 as a roller so I could keep the 454 for this Burb.

I'll just keep wishing for this wishing for that. Maybe it'll happen.

I bet if I were a bit close to Cali, I could get a fair price outta my K10. It's originally a 6.2 so it's forever exempt from Smog Inspection in all counties.
