These are described by Dorman as manifolds for 1996-2000 pickups with 305 or 350 engine. However, they will bolt on to any Gen I small block with standard or Vortec heads. And I know they will clear the frame rails on 73-87 trucks, and probably 68-72. I used them on my 82 C10 for a year before deciding to go with headers. I will include flanges, donut gaskets, and 2-1/4" head pipe stubs if you want them.
