    The flexing was indeed my main concern. But I will be using marine epoxy with 1/2 maybe 1oz cloth not polyester (bondo) filler. Flexing should be tolerable in my opinion. I think I'm gonna get after it. I'll keep yall posted!

    I have heard duct tape called hillbilly chrome as well come to think of it lol. I was referring to rattle can chrome, specifically, Duplicolor "chrome". Made a world of difference, it actually illuminates the gauges enough that you can see them at dusk. Mine I could'nt before.

    Nope, they're regular incandescents, 168's I believe. I painted the interior of the housing and the back side of the black reflector panel hillbilly chrome and it made a huge difference. everything dims as it should!

    All pink wires are switched vdc. All orange are constant vdc. Believe purple was starter signal. There is nothing else to the "ignition".

    BDS 2.5" lift rides rough

    I just installed the 3" EZ rides with blocks in back, went for their nitrogen shock as well. My truck had stock springs on it and it rides much better with the 3" springs. Still a solid axle leaf spring truck no doubt, but better.

    700R4 Spews fluid when in reverse.
