Squeaking/Odd Noise
Curiously, did you ever find a fix for this? I just started having the same problem. I replaced rear u-joint, tcase output shaft bushing and seal, and pinion seal. Did everything to spec. Other than tearing down the rear diff completely. Thinking that it might be the tcase output shaft bearing...- jp-15

NP208 Rear output shaft bushing trouble
Went looking g all morning at every GM dealer I could find. Everyone says its a discontinued part. Finally found one dealer in York, SC. had to call and order it. What a nightmare. Says they are the only one in the U.S. with this bushing. WTF?- jp-15
