NP203 Conversion Kit question
It might still be spinning after the conversion but not with the same force as normal (=less wear). Up until recently I had hubs with a default np203. When the hubs were unlocked, any speed above 55mph would shake my tcase so badly I could barely drive normal. Now that I'm using the Mile...- Johhny

Metal flakes in transfer case
What transfer case do you have? If it's a chain driven one that's converted (in my case the np203) make sure that you run it in 4wd every now and than to make sure all gear parts are oiled.- Johhny

NP203 input shaft swap? (Suburban)
I would love a np205, unfortunately there aren't any around here (Thanks Wrangler owners :Frustrated:), so sticking with the np203 seems like the best option. I build in a Mile Marker convert kit (#501) so at least it functions like a 205 (4x2). If anyone has any question about the 501 kit let...- Johhny
