08 Dually Bed?? What??
ok so my father keeps bringing it up that an 2008 Chevy dually bed would look good on my 86 crew cab simple by making the 86 body lines fade out to nothing on the 08 bed??? is he crazy or what?? Opinions and let me know if you seen anything like it? Thanks guys bed looks like this anyone... -
OBS sub seats in a crew cab??
the back fits pretty good. its slightly narrower than the 80s seats but not enough to notice. there is really no problem with room in these crews even though the cab sees small for a crew -

im using front buckets console and rear seat out of a 95 burban. it isnt that had to make brackets but due to my floor being really rotted and gone supports i am swapping the floor out of the 95. ya its a bit of work lol -
death shake or death rattle???
if your steering stabilizer shock is bad that truck will shake like a SOB. i had an 84 chevy dump that did that. thought the body was gonna fall off the truck- KC7

my buddy has a fully rebuilt one he is selling. its got a 2000 stall torque converter, corvette shift kit and extra clutch packs, guy who built it built the transmissions for the grave digger. its built to hold up too 600hp. its only got about 1500 miles on it -

its such a nice swap chris. he used the kit from off road direct. bought 80s front leafs soft ride 4" lift and found a dana 60 ford axle with a high pinion. you could use a cehvy axle but you have to flip or swap the t-case. but i love the SAS- KC7

yeah jason thats my 86 dually im building ive got that thread going on to. right now im waiting on finding somone to make me custom headers. or either that im making them myself. for now because money is low im using 2 GM-8 turbos with Heath diesels Turbo master wastegate boost control to hold...- KC7

my older brother bought this truck and blew the motor. so he ripped it out rebuilt it and is now in the process of doing a solid axle swap 6 inch lift in it. here are some pics. enjoy.- KC7
