    Harbor Freight Tool/Product Review

The 12ton pipe kinker works pretty damn good. I've bend sewer pipe to dom tubing in it. Also the gantry crane that sells for 700 is pretty nice, used it to pick up the body of my trucks. 12k # badlands winch isn't a bad deal. not bad for mounting on a trailer or offroad. I've known guys...

Rockwells can take some serious abuse. Check out "Busted Knuckle Films", Tim Cameron, Rock Bouncers etc. Mudding, rock crawling, trail riding is one thing, these guys with built buggies they assault everything. http://www.youtube.com/results?search_query=rock%20bouncers%202013&sm=1

Axle swap, 1970 GM 12 bolt to 1987 GM 10 bolt

I have no clue but my guess would be. Spring perches will have to be moved, and maybe some shock tabs.

    Rough country lift + ?

JCwhitney has the fronts for about 70, the rear you can do for about 20 bucks or less. You could also bend your own fronts and extend it from the MC down to the axle Speaking of bending your own, find a shop that does hydraulics, and have them make some. May be cheaper than ordering them online.

    Shackles

You could start wit a 4-6" lift, do the rear shackle flip, zero rates all 4 corners, then to match the front with the rear. Get longer shackles or go coil springs up front. I prefer to lift as much as needed, but as lil as possible. Run big tires, gears, lockers over being sky high. Unless...

    carb suggestions for a 350

My qjet seems to be fine, was prob neglected till I got the truck. Drunk some seafoam and she's been running fine. Haven't tried it on hills yet, although I wanna find a carb that can handle inclines and downhill.

    PVC question

Sweet idea, I could just imagine adding a extra hose to suck a lil oil. Burn it up and make it look like a diesel:roflbow:

    PVC question

I still can't see why, you'd wanna burn contaminated fuel fumes. I'd rather vac them out of the engine not back into it.

    PVC question

See previous life was just fine, before the epa bs. :D I knew older vehicles had draft tubes, I was just stating why pcv. Is either yes or no I still think it's a epa thing. Besides with all the epa and gov restrictions etc. That's one of the reasons we don't get alot of other vehicles in...

    PVC question

I think it's a myth, I've read and seen. That you don't have to run it back in the carb. Breathers or catch cans worked just fine. Then there's people who say if you don't it will run like shit. Why didn't older vehicles have a pcv ?

Anyone use Purple Hornies + Longtube Headers?

I'd just find a mom and pop exhaust shop, and have it done there. Explain what you wanna do, it'll come out cheaper. Than buying a bolt up exhaust and having some chain shop do it.

    PVC question

Pull out the pcv valves go get a spectra breather from autozone. I've got a breather on both sides of my valve cover. No leaking or oil spray anywhere. The other option is to buy a catch can. Just depends on how much money you wanna spend. Think I paid about $9 each for the breathers, used...
