Yeah the intake was given to me so I was trying to figure out how to make it work. I'll probably be going with the Edelbrock 2116 and use a Quadrajet like suggested. Thanks for all the info. Thank you. I like the idea of using a roller cam and rockers but the deeper I go the more expensive this gets. Thanks. Here it is so far. The P.O. did some sketchy looking bodywork but underneath its very solid. Hopefully won’t have to do much else besides interior once I get the motor and transmission back in.- savagebows

I found some good mid length hedman ceramic headers for next to nothing new and had an edelbrock 2701 I was going to use on the 305 but the motor had problems and decided to go with the 350. Yeah I think that's why he suggested a mild cam. So are there no cam's that'll make this work or is getting another intake my only option unless I want to modify the heads? What have you done to your square lately??
Only had mine 3 weeks so been doing alot. Drums, rotors, hardware, calipers, wheel cylinders, water pump, intake, carburetor, then found exhaust gases in the radiator, so pulled motor apart, removed, transmission and transfer case. Working on getting a decent motor put together now.- savagebows
