    Sounds like the fillter in the carb is pluged if it has one , or the needle valve is stuck shut, try tapping carb with small hammer where fuel line goes in

    You pull No 1 plug,, turn engine over by hand till piston is at top dead center on compression stroke then see if rotor is pointing at No 1 plug on dist cap.

    Yuo need spark at the right time,, check to see if you have spark at the right cly at the right time could be a timing chain
