    1-barrel intake for a 250 I6

A stock GM 1-barrel intake manifold for a ‘66-73 250 Inline six. Would make a good spare, or an addition to a factory restoration. Comes with carb mount nuts. I’m asking $52, or best fair offer. It can be picked up, or It could be delivered to your door. Shipping is about $17

    New clapped out ‘87 350

Recently I’ve purchased a 350 block and a set of heads that came out of a ‘87 C10. It originally had TBI, and was bored .030 over some time in it’s life according to the previous owner. The only issue was that it spun a rod bearing on #7 and the engine overheated. Assuming the block isn’t toast...

I need some help learning how to replace my power steering pump.

The power steering pump on my 1979 C30 (292 inline six) with hydroboost is going out, and I got the replacement for it without the reservoir. What do I need to do in order to remove the reservoir and install it onto the new pump? As well as that, advice on removing the pulley for the new pump...

I'm in need of help identifying Universal Joints.

What is the best oil viscosity to run in a 292 Inline-six with high miles?

My C30 has over 96k miles, and the 292 six under the hood currently has 40 weight Valvoline race oil in it, but it's time to change it out. I've had someone tell me that too thick of a viscosity may wear out the oil pump quicker, but I'm not sure. What's the best oil viscosity for an old engine...

    Bed interchangeability

(I'm not sure if this is correct thread, but oh well.) For my '79 C30 that came as a cab and chassis originally, it has a long bed on it, but it is rusted though. Are there any specific years that are the best for interchangeability if I wanted to replace it? As well as that, the fuel filler is...

I have a question, hoping to get some help.

There's a craigslist ad with bad spelling and little info, but it's for a 454 big block that looks mostly complete, listed for $800. Is it worth the money? https://dallas.craigslist.org/ftw/pts/d/fort-worth-chevy-bug-blocks-454/7425201538.html

    Meet my '79 C30 Custom.

Say hello to my new obsession, named Tom. It's a 1979 Chevrolet C30 Custom with 96k original miles, and a lot of character. Engine's a 292 Tall block straight six, hooked up to a SM465 granny 4-speed. Modifications from the previous owner include a Clifford performance 4-barrel intake manifold...

Hello, I was introduced to this forum by a buddy.

I recently got my hands on an original 1979 Chevrolet C30, and a buddy of mine suggested this forum if I ever needed help. How is everyone today?
