350 TBI Engine Oil Cooler Diverter Seals R & R

As mentioned that's a 700R-4...and the T-case is a NP241. '89 is a very desirable year for the 241 in that it was the only year it was available with a mechanical speedo. '90 and up have the VSS speedo.

    Damn..........

Jeep Cherokee steering shaft...very minor mods needed, at least on the later model squares. I thought this was common knowledge by now? I did my first one about 5 years ago, and it wasn't exactly a new idea then.

Anyone Ever heard of Electrolysis ???

There is a company here that does this sort of thing. http://www.redi-strip.com/ They do industrial painting, but the couple of times I've been there they've always had at least one stripped car body in the tub being electrolytically stripped to bare metal.

    Heater core R&R

Couple of swivels and you can get that lower speed nut off the stud without dropping the inner fender. Ashtray out? i've done a few and never took the ashtray out. Good write up here: http://coloradok5.com/heatercore.shtml

87 R10 guage cluster going crazy

The printed circuit has a large area that is ground for everything that needs ground. The wiring that plugs into the cluster has a few ground wires, and they all go to a 6 or 8 connector ground connector up above the park brake under the dash. It looks like a metal spider...

    Bvllsh!t on craigslist.

My 'funny CL stories': I need a bumper for my '90 Blazer. Just stock, I'm not being fussy or anything right now. I'm hoping for around the $50 mark. Not a tall order in my mind. I open up CL and search, but I'm coming up dry. I change parameters a few times and find a 454 for sale. It's damn...

    tbi charcoal can removal?

Why would you remove it? It doesn't affect power at all, it's unobtrusive in it's little corner, and it takes care of evaporative fumes and stuff.

4x4/K10/Longbox/2 door from Long Island, New York

Sometimes it's better to build it a little at a time, and enjoy it...rather than tear it down to a bare frame and get stuck in builder hell for three or four years. Get the mechanicals good first, and try to collect parts you'll need for the body side of things. Then work on one part of the...

    Stupid previous owners suck

CTS, TPS are both common failures. This particular CTS was telling the computer it was -60F, so the computer basically flooded the motor out within minutes. Depending on what temp the CTS is telling the computer it could be your issue. They are pretty cheap, and take about 39 seconds to swap...

    Stupid previous owners suck

I think they used a drill to make the hole. Easy access for a fuel pump replacement, but it doesn't look like anything was replaced judging by the look of the top of the tank and stuff. I do know when I bought the truck I got it pretty cheap because it would only run for a few minutes and then...

    Stupid previous owners suck

i avoid stuff that looks like it's been too molested. Even so you always find a surprise or two. I bought a 90 Blazer for $800, All stock, FI 350, underhood looked untouched other than replaced alt. Still, it was cheap and I knew I'd find some dumb shit eventually. I removed all the rubber...

    Rear window removal

Depends on if it's a pick-up or a Blazer... Takes a bit more than 7 minutes on a Blazer. Rene

    NP205 yokes

First thing you have to know is if you have 10 spline front output, 30 spline or 32 spline. 10 and 30 spline, which are most common, have the least options. 32 spline you can get pretty much anything you might want.

I am looking for pictures of trucks with minimal lift for a large tire

I used to run 39.5's with 4" suspension and 1" BL. Still had inner fenders up front, barely.
