This transmission was removed from a 1987 GMC1500 2 wheel drive. This is the transmission only, no shifter or levers. This is an older picture with levers, sorry, those have been sold. Near St. Louis, MO. I am not wanting to ship this, sorry. $500
yes you had to carve out from the donor S-10 more than you needed and used the recessed area and all. The PO said that was more costly to have done than the roof.
S-10 and the roof was replaced with a ribbed style out of an Astro van, original conversion just pieced it together and most all of them had body filler that cracked
Ran good, but taken out and stored outside uncovered before I purchased it. The guy I got it from was going V-8 and had no intention of using it at all. I'd let it for $50 at this point just to get it out of my way. The PS pump and bracket got to be worth that.
Jumpseats were an option. Since my truck was originally a radio delete, speaker holes was not cut into the plastic. I have wooden boxes now for rear speakers and the stock AM-FM-Cassette installed
3 companies that I know of. Mine is a CVI which did the most. They were limited and the numbers can't be confirmed. I have a Facebook page on them. https://www.facebook.com/groups/248658382003506/
Sure, thanks. Manual Flywheel is on the engine as well. Got a good 3 speed manual shift steering column for an 84-87 if anyone needs one. They are hard to find in good shape.
I purchased this engine complete to rebuild and put in my 84. Sold the truck so I don't need it. It is complete pan to carb including all the emissions and accessories on front, no AC truck. $100 near St. Louis, MO
