    I have, but can't find any pictures of them. You just have to step the console down before the shifters or just have a console between the seats and not go up under the dash.

    The wiring harness has all the computer plugs, trans plugs, and engine plugs. I cut it out from the firewall plug. I didn't scrap the truck. I had to have the firewall plug for the 8.1 engine swap. All the cut wires are labeled. It's stuff like power, fuel pump, brake light, etc.

    I do still have the transfer case, but it's in my truck. It is the only piece I kept from the original drive train.

    Depends on your current set up. It's 2" longer then a th400. Need to graft the wiring harness in, and change the computer out. Depend on your mechanical abilities.

    The main thing is to plan ahead. Get all the stuff together that you want in the console, and make a mock up. Most of the time design is determined by what you put or what in the console.

    My motorhome has a 4.56 gear, weighs 14000 lbs, and gets almost double the mileage. My truck weighs in at 8500 lbs and when it locks the converter in 4th gear at 60 mph, my RPMs are at about 1800. I have been advised that a gear swap to 4.11, 4.56 would help my truck. I have 2 91 crew cabs...

    Ignition locked up

    My truck did the same thing to me last year. I had to pull the wire to the coil to shut it off, then disconnect the battery. The key tumbler fell apart inside and all the little parts locked it down. You need to re place you ignition key lock.

    All my wires run inside the A pillar. They come out through a hole up under the dash. Usually there's a rubber plug above the E-brake assembly.

    When I ran my mirror wires, that's how I got mine through. I pushed a piece of welding wire through from the bottom. It helps to pull the left cab clearance light out to get some light in between the inner and outer panel in the cab.
