    Diagnostics Cable Adapter

I paid $15 for my cable used off ebay but that's where it is from. You can probably use winaldl for the program. That's what I used for my old TBI engines as I recall.

GM doesn't allow too many folks in that. My uncle gave me access. You can go to a site called compnine, it's not perfect but it's good enough.

Anybody collect hot rod magazines? look inside.

Man, I had to get rid of a bunch of mine last year, ended up giving them to a friend that had surgery and couldn't get around well so he'd have something to do. I love to look through the older mags.

Get you one of these. I put a couple of strong rubber bands around it where it grips the spring so it wouldn't come off. https://www.harborfreight.com/overhead-valve-spring-compressor-59343.html?ccdenc=eyJjb2RlIjoiOTYxMzY4MjUiLCJza3UiOiI1OTM0MyIsImlzIjoiOS4zNCJ9

    Craziest antitheft idea yet.

Might be hard to imagine but in one of my old squarebodies, I rebuilt my steering column using parts from an old Pontiac LeMans with a floor shift. I noticed that when you put the LeMans floor shift in gear, the column twisted with it and it gave me an idea. I used the column part that would...

Makes me feel better, for sure. Been fighting a P0440 code on my Aztek for almost a year. I've replaced pretty much everything but the entire gas tank and it doesn't have any leaks or cracks.

There's two. One for the ECM, one for the gauge. And when they go bad, they usually do not throw a code. THe ECM sensor is located on the intake by the thermostat housing.

With a 5 speed, he got the good venerable TBI 4.3 rather than the CPI 4.3 that you can no longer get a new spider injector. Checked the numbers, I was curious. 36,663 1992 4x4 2 door S trucks made. 3,114 had the 5 speed. Correct me if I am wrong, but that looks like 47U Royal Blue and 26L Sky...
