    Rear cross member bowed?

    Probably a silly question but is my rear crossmember suppose to have this bow in it? I ask because I see no impact marks and its pretty well centered and uniformed.

    Removing my saddle tanks and installing rear tank. Was wondering about deletion of selector valve, electrically is it simple as just removing it ,capping off harness thats plugged into it and extending the wire that originally went to driver side tank to new sending unit?

    Makes sense...... made a bracket and mounted it in a nice empty spot just to the right and below the battery tray

    Removed my wheel wells to tuck some 22" transport wheels. Need to relocate coolant overflow reservoir. My question is does it matter if its mounted high or low to work right?

    Nice... buttercup is why i looked up crown suspension. C10 builders guide had a article where they showed crown drop kit install on buttercup. Must of been short lived cause i belive he has porter built suspension now

    I go back and forth about cutting it up myself. Id like to just give it a shot and of i screw it up or becomes too much for my skill set then i would start to shop around for one. Any parts sources would be great especially locally and even better so close to me

    truck height was same with shocks off. Gonna get stock gas charged shocks. When you say extension piece on the rear shocks are you saying shock extensions Or something else?

    Truck was sitting level when it was on ground. Driver side works as it should while passanger side (where problem is) is stiff no give at all in shock. Triple checked installation also measured from end of frame to center of axle and was within 16th of an inch of one another.

    No you are correct, i took the pictures after the first time i put everything together when i was looking to make sure i installed everything correctly i went ahead and pretty much dissasembled what i did to be 100% everything was correct i figured id remove overload leaf while it was taken...

    Thx alot for all the info. Planning on twenty inch wjeels but i think for now a good chunk of my budget is gonna go to shortening frame and bed. Ive read with the 3" lowering spindles um going to have to do some grinding on lower control arm to use 15" wheel. When the time does come for 20"...

    No didnt get a chance yet... gonna call crown suspension (where i purchased kit from) and see what they have to say....but probably just going to go with longer shocks
