88 Burb, 350 w/ 700R
Hey Guys, I bought the Suburban from a guy that used it as a wrecker. He told me he had the transmission, a 700R, set up for the extra weight of pulling a 12,000 trailer and a vehicle on it, easily handling more than 15,000 pounds. '88 Suburban
A few months ago, I found and bought an '88 Suburban on Craigslist for $1800. The ad said it had a Jasper 350 installed about a year prior and he had the transmission set up for towing since he used it as his tow truck for his job.
