    I haven't ordered any 8-167 in awhile. Took months to get ball bearing slides in last year. You have to understand that we can't continue to produce slides for a 30 plus year old toolbox forever. But if you call customer care they will take care of you.

    The bk3000 is a nice entry level unit. If you have vision problems the bk7000 might be a better choice for you.

    The D10 is in my opinion the best and most user friendly diagnostic tool we currently sell. Yes the Zeus is more capable. But takes more time.

    A few things are made by other's. We generally just buy the company. But yes some things aren't worth making our own.

    I don't deny warranty unless it is obvious abuse. Might as well just buy gearwrench same thing as Matco. Snapon is a tool manufacturer. We don't just stick our name on someone else's tools.

    We are allowed to carry 10 percent of our total inventory that is non Snapon. So I can actually get away with a pretty good amount of outside sourced tools. I try to keep things mostly Snapon and our approved products though.
