295/75/16 vs 315/75/16
Okay, need some advice. Have a 4" spring lift installed. Can't decide on tires. The 295/75/16's are showing a height of 33.4" and the 315/75/16's are 34.6". I have found some pics of a 4" lift and 315's, but not 295's. My truck will be set up as more of an expedition truck, not a rock...- fltplan

How to support the frame during leaf spring change?
I'm changing out leaf springs, ie, installing a lift on my 79' K10. The truck has approx 2.5" of lift right now. In order to support the frame I have used a stack of 2x10x12's about 8 high, then a jack stand on top of this at a pretty low setting. This is on a concrete floor and still isn't...- fltplan

Hi all, Greetings from Prescott, Az. Just moved up here in June of last year, love it. Had a number of square bodies over the years, but my last one was almost 20 years ago. I found a clean, rust free truck just a few miles from my place and picked it up. Tranny is inop at this point...- fltplan
