    Hey guys, anyone know if they would be an issue in going from a factory dual headlight grille on a 82 Silverado to a dual headlight factory grille from an 87 Silverado. I would keep the 82 turn signals in the bumpers.

    Fixing to drop some cash and my truck

    Looking at lowering my 82 c-10. Going with 2.5" drop spindles and 1" drop springs in front and a flip kit in back. Can I use this with 15x8 truck rallies with 235/75-15 tires" Why do some flip kits say 5" and some say 6"? Thanks for any info.

    Another weird part

    1982 C-10. 305/auto This is behind the left side of the power brake booster, has three wires (2 green,1 blue) on the left side and vacuum(?) hose coming out the right. I don't see where the hose would go to. Thanks....

    Fuel pump

    Been working on an 82 c-10 with a 305, Edelbrock carb. I installed a clear fuel filter between pump and carb. Filter only has a very small amount of gas in it, it never gets full. Very small squirts of gas going into it. Is this right? Thanks...

    vacuum lines

    I changed from the quadrajet to an edelbrock on the stock intake. I am doing away with the EGR valve. Question is what vacuum lines can i get rid of and what lines need to be hooked to the carb? Thanks in advance... Truck is 1982 C-10 Silverado 305/Turbo 350

    sliding rear window to a solid

    Have an 82 C-10 with factory sliding rear window, would like to replace with a solid rear window from a 78 c-10. Will it fit and what weatherstripping will I need (82 or 78)? Thanks for any and all help.

    Picked up a 1982 Silverado, 305/auto. Purchased truck from original owner, ac works, cruise control works, seems to be a pretty decent truck.
