    power step / board

I did not do any step. So your burb has the fuel tank between the frame rails in the rear. I dont see any reason why you would not be able to fabricate a set of brackets. Take a look underneith i dont think there will be anything in the way when the step folds.

    power step / board

I did not, it ended up being a 1/2 kit. The major issue for me is the saddle fuel tanks. The boards would end up short (tanks in the way) and closer to the front fenders. There would be no issue If your fuel tank is in the rear between the rails.

Correct, they are no longer produced. Our local junk yards have all but disappeared, and no old stuff in our rust belt. I am hoping that someone, somewhere will see this and buy some stupid luck either have one or know where to get one.

    Transfer case strut/rod

I have, I have a 1978 service manual, it appears the way I have the crossmember mounted is correct. But no mention of the crossmember bolt spacers. And I do see the illustration 7d-11 that appears to be a NP203. Doing some more research I read that GM use to use a bracket from the Tcase to the...

    Transfer case strut/rod

In my manual they speak of remove the transfer cast strut rod BUT they dont specify 205 vs 203. I do have the inspection plate with the struts going to the motor mounts. Maybe the photos below will help. Problem is I do not have photos of my Tcase as it is in the shop getting re-sealed. Now that...

    Transfer case strut/rod

Hmm, so the 203 im my truck has the two large bolts on the pass side. I assumed they were for the bar? I figured the PO removed it. So what am I missing? Were they supported another way? Just rebuilt the engine thats torque(y) and want as much support as possible. Only having 7 bolts on the...

Totally agree, I went from 3.07's to 4.11 and improved MPG. MPG was not the goal either but a welcome side effect.

    Rear Window Louvers?

awesome, I have a set of Willpak on mine. They will not fit a slider because a slider protrudes out a bit and the louver will not tuck under the seal as designed. I simply trimmed the louver and used velcro attached to the slider frame. works very well and is removable for cleaning the window.

    Aluminum Radiator Supplier?

Went from a standard 2 row to a Champion 3 row aluminum BUT I had to fabricate the top and bottom rubber mounting insulators. I ordered 2 different sets of mounting insulators from LMC and made them work. I cannot remember which insulators I ended up using :(
