No power to anything help!!!!!

So i was turning over my new engine and battery seem low starter clicked would turn so i went disconnect battery charge idk if accidenly hit positive while connected to ground but sparks flared up charged battery and now nothing is coming on my lights inside the cab, nothing has power headlights arent even coming on need help please!!!

I took a multi tester to fuse box no power

That sounds like a blown fusible link. Not familiar with your truck so cannot tell you where to look. I had that similar thing on my 72 c10 and found blown fusible link.

I agree, and I would say it occurred close to the battery since everything is dead.

Just remembered, I used a multimeter with a sharp pointed positive probe to push into wiring coating and checked wiring from battery moving away from battery about 6" to 12" at a time to find 0V and that area was where the link was. I wasn't familiar with them at the time so some may be easier to find than others. IIRC it was in line of a 10ga. wire
