yes he did and as soon as I hit the lottery I'll have him come to stay, and we'll cut it up and put in new wheel tub, inner lower 1/4's and outer 1/4's along with a roof and tail pan area, and that pass. side rear frame area. I'll cut em out and get em ready and he can sit back and eat some chili dogs, watch tv and relax til it's time to weld em in.

So how does the tip over jig work? Is it somehow balanced so you can tip it over by hand, or do you use a jack or hoist?

it' s basically a set of wood legs to hold the car up in the normal position, but the ends you want to tip up or the side has a piece of plywood cut in a 1/4 circle, and braced upwards, that way you can lift the opposite side and it'll roll over on that plywood and rest on the upright, holding it on the side. They have a ton of them on youtube.

wood and materials have been bought for the jig just gotta start building it. I have to rearrange those mining belts or mats in the garage so I can have jackstands on them as well as the jig legs land on them once built. I'm still working on cleaning the car out, I got almost everything out and put up now after 2 days worth lol.

Here's an upside down Camaro I found in a field in Tennessee maybe that will cheer you up because your car has to be way better than this,

more bad parts lol, removed the rearend today, and leafs etc. both leafs have the main leaf broke in two right behind the centering pin, about an inch or so from it. I also found out it's an open diff. for sure with 2.56's so looks like now I have to get another carrier to run some better gears like say 3.42 or so. I also wat a posi setup so looks like I have to fork out big coin for one later if I can come up with that much at once.

I bet a jig similar to that could also be used for tipping bodies right off of frames. I've got some brainstorming to do now.
