i was in the process of replacing transfer case seals, as I got the front yoke pulled off I realized there’s a really deep groove worn in. So I just opted to replace it but I took it to my uncles shop and he has pretty good parts suppliers and they even checked eBay and what not and could not find one.

So I’m wondering if anyone knows where I can get a front yoke for an earlier 208 transfer case with the square flange. I would have thought someone like Yukon would make one or something.

If not I’ll have to have it machined down and have an oversized sleeve installed. If I just sleeve it I’ll end up in the same boat not very far down the road.

I've only had one leaky 208, and I just let it be, in hopes the truck wouldn't rust as fast.
