Ok so evac everything, pulled expansion valve and it just had a tiny bit of debris. Flushed condenser and seems to still be clear. Replaced expansion valve and pulled vac 45 min, no leaks. Charged 2.75 lb and everything working but I'm only getting 60* in cab? Is that the best this system will do?
My compressor is 140* before condenser 125* and after is 100*, right after expansion valve is only about 68*
My low side still high at 44 psi should I try 2.5 lb instead?

Btw is about 85-90* outside right now

First try to cool condenser with a garden hose and see what that does, you might just not have enough cooling through the condenser. If no change, then try a bit less freon and see if you can get around 40psi low side with ambient temp around 85-90*F.
My suburban system with reman compressor has idle in cab air vent temp of around 7* C when outside temp is 43*C and when moving can hit 1*C with outside around 30*C . I have hd clutch, 11 blade fan, parallel flow condenser and Aux electric fan when AC is on. Also insulated cold side lines and air box.
