You should have a hardline with a hose on each end. If the hard line is good, then you just need the fuel injection rated fuel hose from a parts store. The reason for getting a fuel injection rated hose, is because it will definately be rated to handle the ethanol that is in the fuel. Older regular hose would fall apart within couple of years.

This is the hose from the Filler neck to the tank. It only has a metal filler neck then the rest is rubber all the way to the top of the tank.

I too could notfind any fuel rated hose for this application on My 78 K20. I put on some regular radiator hose until something better comes along.
I dont know how well the radiator hose will hold up, but it sure beats nothing and the old hose was cracked and would leak about as much fuel as what was going into the tank.
It has been on there for about two years, this winter I`m going to remove it and see what kind of damage is being incurred toooit.

Might have to match one from a different vehicle and trim to fit

Many Napa stores carry the fuel rated hose. Granted, it only comes in straight and by the foot, but should work. Just need the ID

Thanks for your help. I got some (flexable) fuel capatable hose from the Industrial hose place in town , it's just not very flexible at all. Its kinda very stuff . Have a long way to go on this truck, moving on to other issues. I will continue to look for other ways to remedy this problem. I'll post it here if I come up with one. Thanks Rich
