I can't tell whether some spots look a little thin or if it's "shadows". Looks good though :waytogo:

Yeah it will get a second coat. It's called the faraday effect. I had the air pressure a little to high.

Well yeah, I want alot of things but I'm selling lots of things I have that I wanted, so being I don't have my small block together, no sense in even getting parts for an engine that may not ever get put together. In reality the 454 in the C20 is probably going to be going into the K10/K20 and the C20 parted out and sold. I'd much rather have kept the C20 as is, and build the small block for the K10/20. But I'm doing all I can to keep the K10/20.

Sucks, we have to wait to see the final product. How long has it got to cook? This is going to be one of those, "Are we there yet?" Soooo Is it done yet???

Look at post #17. it is the finished cover.

I guess if anyone else would like to upgrade the air cleaner, and valve covers to Edelbrock Elite series let me know. I can powder coat Red, Black, Green, or Charcoal

Yes, I seen it and that big ass shoe. From where it came from, that looks great. The color is looking real good. Have your buddy polish the unpainted part and it'll shine like a diamond in a goat's ass.

I did it as a surprise for my buddy, he really liked it told me to get his valve covers pulled, and get them matching...lol

That's what the ladies tell me anyway. Wear a 13 wide shoe. Last pair or Red Wing boots I wore for 2.5 years towing, they were size 14 and most comfy boots I owned. And I don't carry little guns cuz my hands are so damn big and I can barely hold them little ones. Good thing I'm a big guy so I can conceal the medium or big ones pretty easy.

So I can put wing nuts on the top side for easier glass replacement.

You never need to replace the glass if you protect it. I bought a 5-pack roll of window protective stick-on sheets from ebay and replace them as needed. The glass doesn't even need to be removed, just peel off the old sheet, stick on the new, and keep blasting.

The ones I had maybe were to thin, it seemed I was replacing them all the time. Could of had to do with the size of the cabinet, I don't know. That is one reason I went with glass instead of plastic, the glass is tougher, and it is fairly cheap to replace. Good idea, maybe I'll look into getting some better ones.

I really need one of these. I like the small upgrades you did. Right now, I do my blasting on a tarp, wearing welding gloves and an old welding helmet with the shaded lens removed and plexiglass installed, lol. That blasting media gets into places you didn't even know you had...
