Welcome to GMSB. Looks great !!! Yep, needs a hood and maybe some more modern mirrors, like the paddle dumbo mirrors off an 80's squarebody.

Looks like a good one! When you get a new hood, they make the hood braces to make that weak spot more rigid. I guess GM wanted that hood to buckle better than the Action Line trucks during a front end impact, and they made it do that too well.

Welcome, it's nice to see more girls in to these trucks. I gave my daughter a 1973 Cheyenne C30 a while ago and she just absolutely loves it.

Howdy! two of my 3 older sisters drove trucks, good way to go, that one is heavy duty and yeah keep the Warn, send HotRod a photo of it for Christmas. ;)
That hood has "character" you could just give it a wack to fit better and it'l buff out, remember to grease the hinges.
