Facotry radio waont tune ( change stations)

Hello, My radio quite changing stations yesterday. The presets still work, just the tune knob will not move the dial when moved. Anyone have any experience with this? The radio still looks new, and the truck is an original low mileage survivor, so would really like to fix the original radio.

I am having the same issue. Were you ever able to fix it? if so, how? I have a very low milage truck with a mint original radio, and would like to fix it.
